Camping World

On Saturday we were in the land of white people who hump the American flag and play country music. That is, we drove an hour away to an RV show to browse their offerings. We found several models we like between drivables and towables. I prefer driveables, just because a fast getaway is easier when necessary. But you get a lot more living space for your money with a towable, provided you already have a vehicle capable of towing. (We do not.) It was a fun few hours. I even played a little cornhole for the first time and didn’t do too badly.

I still cringe at hearing it called corn hole. Not sure when/where that term for the game started, but I suspect it was in the region I live in. When I was a kid (50 years ago), it was still just plain old “bean bag toss”.

You are correct in your description of the land you went to. Ugh.

Most RV shows are in areas like that. A lot of the RVing community seems to be too.
