Large frogs apparently come from large tadpoles! I was pleasantly surprised to see frogs in various stages of development in this pond. I didn’t expect the tadpoles to be so big, but considering how big the frogs get, I guess I shouldn’t have been too surprised. Sometimes, late in the day, you can hear the adult frogs calling to one another in the garden. I seem to remember it being pretty quiet that day though.
