    I climbed a LOT of steps through Ft. Tryon Park to get to the Met Cloisters Museum. For the last 20 or so minutes, I’ve sat outside recovering because I intend to enjoy my visit, not be too wiped out to appreciate the things and views I came to see.

  • Grounding

    Grounding

    It was 81F and mostly sunny today. I took advantage of the beautiful weather to spend a couple of hours outside. While out I was able to ground myself sole to soil for the first time this year. It felt great.
