August 15 – This was the first time I found out about the annual sand sculpture competition in time to catch it! I enjoyed the sun, sand, and displays of creativity just off the boardwalk. There were different categories, so there were families with kids, groups of adults, and artists who were probably professionals competing in their own categories. It gave everyone who wanted to participate a fair chance.
