I stopped to enjoy the beauty, and I am really glad I did. This was during a much needed lunchtime stroll.

For the sake of my sanity I have been practicing mindfulness, meditation, and slowing down. I feel a difference too. My anxiety levels are far lower and I am more in touch with my body and what she needs than I have been in years. This re-calibration was long overdue.
